Criminal Behaviour Orders and the Law
Under Part 2 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, the Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO) replaced the earlier Anti-Social Behaviour Order (ASBO).

Evidence may include CCTV, witness statements, digital communications, and prior convictions. A CBO may also carry ancillary orders such as exclusion zones or curfews.
