Overview
We successfully defended one of the joint (married) owners of an industrial unit that was alleged to have been used as a cocaine production factory. Following expert legal argument, both owners were acquitted, and the case against them was dismissed.

The Allegations
The client, a joint owner of an industrial unit, faced allegations that the premises were used as a cocaine-producing factory. The Prosecution claimed that the factory processed consignments of South American cocaine, destined for wholesale distribution in the Manchester area.
The charges carried severe implications, including potential long-term imprisonment and reputational damage, and thus required a meticulous and strategic legal defence.
