Senior Duty Solicitor
Location: West Yorkshire / South Yorkshire
Schedule: 4-day week
Salary: £46,000–£50,000 (Equivalent to £57,500–£62,500 FTE) base + fee share

For most solicitor roles, yes—especially where duty accreditation is required. However, we may consider exceptional candidates looking to transition from adjacent areas with a demonstrable commitment to criminal defence.
Consultants receive 70% on own-client cases and 50% on duty-generated cases. Employed solicitors may also benefit from additional fee-share on self-introduced matters. Terms apply.
Our 12-month Management Training Programme is open to internal and external candidates with strong leadership potential. Completion is required before appointment to an Office Director role.
